Shipping FAQ/Policies
Where do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping from our manufacturing partner, Printful. However, please note that international shipping may incur additional customs and duties fees.
American Shoppers: Due to the imposed tariffs, you may incur additional costs on your purchases, so please take this into consideration before purchasing.
The Anxious Shark plushie, while designed here in Canada, was manufactured in China and will unfortunately be subject to extra costs to the customer.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping prices are calculated based on your location and the size and weight of your order. You can view shipping prices during checkout.

What’s changing?
Starting August 29, 2025, U.S. Customs will suspend the de minimis duty-free threshold. This is outside of Printful’s control, and will significantly impact shipping into the U.S.:
Previously, USPS collected duties on incoming parcels, but now they will only deliver.
With USPS no longer collecting taxes and the de minimis threshold suspended, shipping disruptions are expected.
Foreign postal operators must now calculate, collect, and remit duties to U.S. Customs before parcels can be handed to USPS.
Many postal operators are not yet ready, and some have already suspended shipping into the U.S., leading to carrier suspensions, delays, and undeliverable shipments.
How we’re responding
To minimize disruption:
We’ll route all possible orders to U.S.-based facilities to keep deliveries smooth and avoid customs issues.
Wherever possible, we’ll switch to DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) solutions to reduce risks of rejected or delayed parcels. DDP means all import duties are paid upfront, reducing the risk of delays or rejections.
There will be no added costs for you or your customers.
Printful facilities in Latvia and Spain offer DDP and will continue operating for U.S. shipments.
There is no indication that our production facilities in Mexico will face any issues.
We don’t expect this to cause production delays.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. For standard shipping within the US, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. For international shipping, shipping times can vary widely and may take up to several weeks.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless an item is damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel or modify orders as they are sent directly to the manufacturer for fulfillment.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.
